I love Kelly's they are the best in town. They take pictures and write notes on every picture of what could be done and if it's safe or not. They make sure to contact you on time. The only thing I can say was last time itook my truck in they didn't fix the problem that I needed done all the way they missed some things but I still say they are a good company.

Scheduled for an oil change but ended up getting a flat tire so I took my car in before hand. They put a plug in tire but didn’t drive the car to see if it would hold. Ended up with a flat tire had to go back to shop and was told they had no tires in stock so we had to go somewhere else. But had to call to keep getting updates because no one would call back. Was also told there was low coolant for the car but no leaks were found. Less than a week later car overheated and is now at a different repair shop. Very frustrating.

Great service and wonderful people and expediency was exceeded only by the friendliness and cooperation of employees. I will come back to Kelly's for future problems and repairs and services. I am very very happy with the service and the quality of work done on my vehicle. Thank you all and will talk to you later.

As newcomers to Dunnellon last October, we knew nothing about what car maintenance company was reliable and competent in our city. Kelly's was recommended to us. We have not been sorry. Whether routine maintenance or 30,000 mile maintenance, as we just had, Kelly's is professional and the service is efficient and courteous. After a cancellation during the week of August 25, Kelly's worked us in two days early for a transmission flush and brake maintenance. Steven, the office manager, is proficient and professional in what he does. The performance of our Toyota is always improved after we have necessary maintenance from Kelly and his staff.
