Brought my car to them to get my timing belt done, my car sat in their parking lot for 4 weeks straight with nothing done to it. I think there was some miscommunication somehow as I don't understand why it sat there for that long, I had mentioned an issue I think had to do with the timing belt so I assume they wanted to dive straight in and trouble shoot a bunch of things instead of just doing my timing belt? I just needed the belt done, didn't care about anything else until the belt was out of the way. It was extremely inconvenient to be asking for rides and to borrow cars to get back and forth to my full time job for 4 weeks straight, 16 days of work I had to find another way 66 miles round trip each day while hoping they were getting my timing belt done. If you cannot take on another project and will have the car untouched for a month, simply communicate with the customer and tell them you do not have time for it right now, I would have understood had someone told me to come back in a couple months. But since they had my car for a month nothing done to it, I had my parents pick my car up while i was at work, at the 4 week mark. I am extremely disappointed as I came here because I heard such good things about this place, I will not be attempting to take any other vehicle there over this situation because i cant wait 4 weeks for something as simple as a belt to be done, it's a two/three day project when you have a shop and parts. Customer service is at least nice, but I just don't agree with having a car for a month untouched with almost no communication, they finally called me at the 2 and half or 3 week mark asking if I would test drive my car with the mechanic which I am far too busy to do also hard to do that when they have my car so i have to find a ride to the shop, I called them back a couple days later and asked if we can just get the belt done without a test drive and gave them one more week, didn't get done. I scheduled my drop off date online which I feel had something to do with this, maybe I shouldn't have been allowed to make an appointment at all and their website glitched out but again i should have been notified they dont have the time for another project at the moment, nonetheless I am disappointed and will not be having any work done by them in the future.

Wonderful professional place. Absolutely more than fair on pricing. Quick easy in and out for me!! Fixed my AC in like an hour and I've never been cooler =)

Love this place! I've only had one other auto shop send me a link to review recommendations with pictures so I can see exactly what they're seeing. I may not know what I'm looking at every time, but I like the transparency and don't feel like I'd be bothering them to ask for more information. They also charge the cheapest rate for an oil change I've ever had! If their other services ever cost more than average, I don't care, I'm paying professionals for their time and I'm very happy with their service. They are worth every cent!

Wè like your shop but Wednesday's routine oil change took 3 hours. Not good. We feel that you were just plain rude to let us hang out in the breese like that with no personal contact. UPDATE .Kelly personally contacted me immediately to apologize and explain the staff shortage that day that caused the oversight. They are a great shop and care about their customers concerns. I will continue to use and recommend them.

Since moving to Florida,I've always taken my Nissan vehicle to a Nissan dealership. As auto repair is technical,thus expensive,the dealership rates have increased way beyond inflation. Took my vehicle to Kelly's. My experience was great. The services performed were exact,smart and efficient. A few of the several things on my list,just could have been, "replace the whole unit". But they didn't. They performed smart,mechanical troubleshooting. Hats off to all of these guys and Kelly's for being smart to hire them. My Ford Ranger will get their service as needed.
