Great service and with a smile.

Wè like your shop but Wednesday's routine oil change took 3 hours. Not good. We feel that you were just plain rude to let us hang out in the breese like that with no personal contact. UPDATE .Kelly personally contacted me immediately to apologize and explain the staff shortage that day that caused the oversight. They are a great shop and care about their customers concerns. I will continue to use and recommend them.

Since moving to Florida,I've always taken my Nissan vehicle to a Nissan dealership. As auto repair is technical,thus expensive,the dealership rates have increased way beyond inflation. Took my vehicle to Kelly's. My experience was great. The services performed were exact,smart and efficient. A few of the several things on my list,just could have been, "replace the whole unit". But they didn't. They performed smart,mechanical troubleshooting. Hats off to all of these guys and Kelly's for being smart to hire them. My Ford Ranger will get their service as needed.

This is the second time I have used Kelly's Auto Repair & Service (KARS). They did a great job again. They are very professional and affordable. brought my car in to check if the oil was leaking and after checking it for a few days, they said they couldn’t find any issue. when i called the closest appointment was in 3/4 days but they told me to just bring it in and they’d check it in between cars. didn’t charge me a penny and everyone was super nice. will definitely bring my car back here if anything pops up again! thank you guys!
