Brought my Ford Explorer to Kelly's to have work done that Ford said needed to be done after the Ford dealership inspected it. Glad I got Kelly's inspection done as the problem was not what Ford said it was and it would have been very costly. I am so glad to be convinced I have found a repair shop I can put my trust in. It is a little further for me to drive to from Ocala, but well worth it. Gregg

2012 gmc terrain brought in for intermittent engine misfire. the mechanic could not get the car to misfire but did a complete vehicle inspection and found no major issues. my total bill was 0$. i can't think of too many other repair garages where this would have been the case. these are very honest people. i highly recommend them.

I was under the impression that I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. Once the vehicle is in their hands, they evaluated it and determined that I still had plenty of life left on those parts and returned my vehicle free of charge. I couldn’t ask for better service and better people!

Very friendly & knowledgeable. They did an accessment of my vehicle, sent me email of issues found along w/photos. They did not push me at all. Tech explained what was more important to fix along w/cost of each one. Very honest people.
