I've had good and bad luck with this small business. I know many others who use this business and had decided to try them again to work on my Chevy truck. I called on a Tuesday morning and was told to bring my truck and drop it off, although they would not be able to look at it that day. When I brought it in, I spoke directly with the owner who assured me that it would be looked at as soon as they could and someone would call. I told him in detail what all needed to be looked at. By Thursday afternoon, I had not heard anything so I called. I was then told they would not even be able to look at it until the NEXT Wednesday. Had I been told this up front? No. I understand if you are busy, but that is beyond unacceptable. Honesty and communication with customers is what is going to keep your business going and keep them coming back. I went to get my truck since I cannot be without a vehicle for that long of a time. It was parked in the exact same location as where I left it, which leads me to believe they forgot about it and obviously had not even looked at it.
