Their ASE Certified tech Sean Vang took our vehicle on a 10 to 15 minute high speed joy ride and then proceeded to mash the gas pedal after realizing there wasn’t even 1000 miles on the vehicle. Video/ audio footage was sent to Kelly and he said “we do this to every vehicle” and tried to explain to my wife how it was a “performance test.” There was no work done to the vehicle, and apparently they “couldn’t” do a simple exhaust modification. There is a Nexar unit clearly visible in the windshield, auxiliary lighting that what appears to be a minor repeatedly tries to turn on… it amazes me that this shop has good reviews. That said, it is the reason we went there. I have personally left messages for Kelly or his team to reach out to me, and ample time. The last thing he said to my wife was “nothing is going to make you happy, it is what it is…” and I boldly quote him. Believe it or not, a simple apology would have sufficed, but the owner clearly has too much pride. If I decide to share this video, anyone who sees it won’t drop their vehicle off and trust you. I highly recommend going anywhere else. I’m also glad nobody was hurt, and this is still being investigated so I am limited to what I can say/do. Hope this helps one person at least make a decision.
