I have been using Kelly's automotive on and off for close to 20 years now ,i continue to send friends & neighbors here because you will get the service you need, not any surprises found at other auto repair facilities here in HOLDER and surrounding areas that polish a part and call it a finished job.Kelly's will do the work correctly the first time, and show you the failed part, they will also look over your vehicle for any safety issues or worn and soon to fail part(s) at no additional cost to you.This facility is busy for a reason ... honesty, they will not steer you to a repair that is un-needed, they do not have to play those games, since they are so busy with legitimate repairs, there is no need to play games on you and your vehicle, plus they are all good friendly folks who have built their business locally by following the golden rule, something you see less of in this anything for a buck world we live in today.Those 5 stars have been earned over and over on a daily basis.Take your vehicle here for service and if it can be fixed it will be fixed, that has been my experience with this facility.

Great business. Yesterday I called needing a new headlight before I went to work last night. Kelly's was immediately able to get me in and repair the headlight even though it turned out to her more then just replacing the bulb. They made the repair and got me out before 12PM. I was so thankful. The employees there are all very friendly and efficient. This was only the second time I have used Kelly's but I will continue to do so. Thank you so much!

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. A part I had them replaced was marked up quite a bit compared to prices I found shopping around, but I assume they had a higher quality source (and the item was delivered and installed quickly)
