Everyone there was so awesome. They were very generous with their time, and with me. Not too long after I dropped my car off they sent me a complete Diagnostics that was very easy to read and understand. I've never had that done before and it is a great service. I look forward to doing all of my repairs and anything else needed with them in the future. Very highly recommended.

As always, Kelly's has taken care of my needs for my vehicle promptly and thoroughly. It has been over a year since I took a chance, trusting the reviews I read about Kelly's, and I couldn't be happier I did! He services my mothers car, my daughters car, my sons truck, and my van. Had a alignment one tire rotation done. Truck drives smoother and the job was done well the only things that knocked it down from 5 star yo a 4 star was that I had a appointment for 2pm. I showed up at 1:40 and dropped it off. Suppose to take about a hour. I left at 4:50 once they were finished. Also after alignment, it is now missing a splash guard that keeps water, dust, mud from getting on engine. I wasn’t notified by tech. I observed it once looking over truck on my own.

As always they are very efficient, appointments are made timely and the work completed as promised.

honest kind reasonable

There was a squirrel nest on top of my engine. The squirrel chewed a wire that caused the engine to misfire. They took care of the problem on a timely basis and the price was reasonable. They are also very personalble. I will continue to do business with them.

We just had several actions completed on our 1992 Ford Escort--a great car! This included a routine maintenance check (oil, filters, belts, tires etc.) and replacing several oil seals/tie rod grease boots. In the past we have had transmission, radiator, AC, wheel alignment, alternator work and we always have been most satisfied--since 2010. KARS "Kelly's is the place to go if you want to have a professional mechanic work on your vehicle. I have always found that Kelly and his staff are more than friendly, courteous, and will listen as you explain a problem. Further, they care about your car and through their dialog show that they are truly interested in the mechanics of auto repair and general maintenance. On the personal I enjoy talking to Kelly about what new is happening in the auto repair world.

When you open the front door and walk inside it's like walking into a friends home. Everyone is really nice and you don't feel funny when you start imitating the weird noises that are coming from your car (yes, they understand 'car-speak' even from little-old-ladies). These are caring and knowledgeable people that you can trust to keep you safely on the road.
