We starting experiencing problems with the left front wheel on our 2010 Terrain which has less than 25,000 miles. We were traveling in Florida for 6 weeks and far from home. Kelly's is always accomodating and will always see me when I have a problem even if they are busy. They are honest and up front with all pricing and work to be done. Kelly will even go the extra mile to do additional research on your vehicle to see if that make/model has common issues or recalls so he covers all the bases making sure nothing is missed or overlooked. The customer service is always above and beyond with the entire staff being very friendly and helpful. This is a business run by people who care for their customers and love what they do. I have never had an experience there that was ever close to being disappointing. I trust them will all of my vehicle's needs no matter how big or small.
