I was pleasantly surprised twice with my experience at Kelly's Auto Repair & Service. The first time was when I called to make an appointment. A young man answered the phone and was very polite and helpful. Since we are new to the area I was not sure of their location and he took his time to give me all the information I needed. It took only a couple of days to get on the schedule for an oil change and when I arrived the same young man was at the counter. I believe his name is Justin, but since I am retired now it seems like I can't remenber anything for more than a few minutes. If Justin is not right, I know it starts with a "J". They were prompt with my service and thorough. Even though they were quite busy they did not rush to get on to the next customer so they could get out for the weekend. I am thankful that I was successful in finding a good auto repair center on my first attempt since our move. I definitely recommend them.
Kelly and his employees were fantastic to work with! I went here instead of any place in Ocala (where I live) because just speaking on the phone with them I could tell they weren't going to rip me off or do shoddy work. I was definitely right! Kelly was able to fix the problem in a decent amount of time and his prices are fair. If I ever have to bring my Jeep for any other work I know where I will be going.
As usual, Kelly and his family and employees did a great job servicing my car. Front brake job was done quickly, properly, and at a fair price. It is a pleasure to have such an honest, hardworking, and expert auto repair company in my community.
I really appreciate the work you did on my car--I wish, I lived closer to you--I drove it strait thru-nonstop to VA-- 70-75MPH and it got 35MPG it didn't do that good going down there--and you only changed the oil and filter--it ran smoother than it ever has since I've had it--Thank you, John West [I was visiting Ray Hoffman}
A/C compressor blew up in my 2001 Honda CR-V. I changed the compressor, dryer and expansion valve then flushed the system. Brought the car to Kelly's for new A/C belt, final purge, leak test and charge.The work was done quickly and correctly with no hidden surprises or add-ons.In today's world, it seems difficult to find a craftsman that can deliver what he says. Kelly did that.

Kelly always does quality work, plus he's honest. Also, he isn't expensive like the dealers.
This is a friendly family mechanic shop. They were recommended to me by the manager at To Your Health Spa. They are not close to my home, however I have taken my car to them twice so far.
