Dunnellon Auto Repair

I try to do what repairs I can on my own vehicle now, because I just don't have a lot of money. I am trying to replace the the front hub on my vehicle and have wrestled with it for 2 days. I'm stuck, I can't get the axle nut off, no matter what. I broke 3 ratchets and even went out and bought an impact tool to try and get this off, to no avail. In desperation I called 2 auto repair shops in Dunnellon, (Scally's and Kelly's) I called Kelly's first and spoke with Justin, about my dilemma and asked if they would be able to help me loosen this nut so I could resume my repairs. He told me he was on the other line and asked for my number so he could call me right back. I gave him my number and said to myself, right, i'm sure I won't get a returned phone call. I now call Scally's and speak with a woman on the phone that told me that It would be best if I dropped it off, and they would see what they could do, but many times they have to break things apart to remove it. So, now I'm back to the vehicle to try another hand at it and I get a phone call from Kelly's. It is Kelly that called me back and I explained to him what situation I was in. He said bring it up to the shop and he would remove the nut for me. So I drive up to Kelly's and I am greeted my Kelly who tells me to pull my vehicle to the garage. I get there and he literally takes the nut off in 15 seconds. I was so in awe that the right tool does make all the difference. I asked him what I owed him and he said don't worry about it. He, in, fact told me when I get done with my repairs to make sure to come back so he could tighten it to the correct torque. It is so rare these days to get great service from a business, let alone, one that didn't charge me ONE DIME! I am so impressed with this business, that is why I decided to write this review; Future repairs that I cannot do myself will certainly be take to Kelly's Auto Repair. Thank You Kelly!!!

All of my questions were patiently answered and I felt very comfortable with all the evaluations sent by email and reviewed verbally.
