New to the area and was referred by a friend that has been a customer for over 15 years. They made my timeline work which was more appreciated than they could ever know! Not to mention they fixed my vehicle!

This was my first time using Kelly’s Automotive Repair Service. I had to Waite about one week to get an appointment for services. I took my car the day before on July 4th using the key drop to make sure they had my car first thing in the morning of July 5th. I am happy with the services they performed, , tune up (spark plugs, wires etc), change Transmissions fluid, change differential Fluids, all hoses, serpentine belt and other belts, etc.I thought the cost was a bit pricey but that is the times we are living in. I expected my vehicle back in a day to a day and a half it it was the 10th at the close of business before I got my vehicle back. . My only complaint is the time it took to get the work done and my vehicle back. If I was told it would take 6 days up front that would be OK . The time is my only complaint The work done was just fine , no complaints the price I knew upfront before the work was done. They completed a diagnostic and advised me of all they recommended prior to my giving the ok. I appreciated that. Stephen kept me advised each time I called off the progress on the work and what remained to be done. I had read the reviews prior to contacting Kelly’s and the vast majority were very good. While sitting in the waiting room, a lady addressed me to highly recommend them and proceeded to tell me about some of the things they had done for her including an engine rebuild and how they had assisted her in getting her aftermarket warranty honored. Bottom line I will use Kelly’s again for my automotive Service \ Repairs.

Friendly and easy service. They were a big help. I needed a new motor. They gave me my options. The only negative, was the wait time from jasper engines. But that had nothing to do with Kelly's Auto Repair. So far so good... Thanks!

I took my 1986 F150 to K.A.R.S. because the a.c. needed to be completely redone. They were very professional, and now my trucks a.c. works great! I am very happy with the experience and recommend Kelly and his crew to my friends and family. Thank you for the hard work and quality you put into it!

As a previous F-15 crew chief you could say I take preventative maintenance seriously. I am very particular about my work truck and who puts their hands on it. When it was time to replace all my engine seals, I chose Kelly’s based on recommendation, their reviews, and some other minor work I have had them do in the past. I gave them a long list of other preventative maintenance items I wanted them to take care of while they were in there. Long story short, they did a great job! They are friendly, trustworthy, and competent. I would highly recommend.

They kept me informed of what they felt was needed. The wait time was long but the seating area was comfortable and nicely equipped with some snacks and coffee. Very friendly, family-run business. I made a new friend named Nash.
