My experience happened over a month ago, but I finally got around to writing a review. I have NEVER had issues with my vehicle, so naturally when my car wouldn't start and my engine smelt like it was burning I freaked out! My family and I only have one car so I was a mess trying to figure out how we would manage without a vehicle. As soon as I called Kelly's I spoke directly with Kelly and he helped reassure me that he could help. He told me that he could get my car towed cheaper than normal and even made the call for me to get it to him. From the moment we walked in the door, we we're made to feel comfortable. The majority of the cost was from parts and Kelly was very honest, and understanding about the situation. No one wants to put out a large sum of money on something so unexpected , but Kelly, his wife, and his son made us feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of. They pointed us in the right direction with options on payments and Kelly's wife did the application for us to get a credit card for part of the payment. She even went above and beyond and explained to me and my fiance about how to build our credit. I could go on and on, but I'll stop now... Our car is running beautifully and we have had no issues at all. I hope we never have to go back to an auto repair , but if we do..it'll be Kelly's!!!
