Seriously an awesome experience. I needed a tire desperately and I also had to make it to work by a certain time. All of the employees went out of their way to make sure that I could be where I needed to be. That day could have been so much worse but because of them it was a breeze! This was my first time at Kelly's and I have a very old car that is sometimes simple to fix because it is old, and sometimes hard to fix because it's old. I also have a family member who can fix many things, so having a mechanic is not always necessary. Having told them that when I dropped off my car, Kelly's got me up and running but sent me a very detailed inspection of my car (with pictures!) with the other things that needed replacing (such as bulbs and wipers) which we could do ourselves. Thank you for taking such good care of my old buggy!
