My husband's air conditioner on his 98 Dodge Ram truck stopped working so we took it to KARS (love the logo!) and also asked them to do a complete assessment since almost nothing had been done to the truck in 10 years other that oil, air filter, and tire changes. Lots of things were found -- love the assessment pictorial with recommendations. We told them to take care of everything. We got the truck back late the next day. The following day we discovered that the air conditioner didn't work (we'd only paid about $161 for (recharge?) which was what was recommended). They were very busy so we took it in the following day, Friday am, but it wasn't finished until 5pm on Monday costing nearly another $600. We love Kelly's but this time y'all slightly missed the mark ... happens sometimes. Also, we'd told them to fix everything, but they didn't touch the horn which still needs repair. Next time. We'll be back. Still highly, highly recommend them.
