We had a major failure of our vehicle's cooling system. A shot oil cooler, blown head gasket, the works. Kelly took care of all of the contacts and inspections with the extended warranty company. Obviously, they didn't want to pay for the repair given the cost but they fought hard for us and helped us out. They even arranged a loaner vehicle when the warranty company's rental period expired. Kelly kept us informed every step of the way and after a monumental effort on their part we are back on the road. I can do regular maintenance and simple repairs but I will ALWAYS trust Kelly's team with the tough stuff! P.S. NEVER buy an Interstate Assureguard Extended Warranty, they were the most difficult company Kelly has ever worked with

Kelly's Auto Repair and Service is the best place I've ever taken my truck to get repaired. They were able to fix a problem that my previous repair shop couldn't. Kelly took the time to research and find the part that was needed, even though they don't make the part anymore. Everything was done very professionally. We also took our Prius there and they fixed everything. I also like the free inspection with photos when they do the oil change too. I used to change my own oil, but now I'm going to let them do it because they can catch a problem before it starts. As long as we live in the area, we will be taking our vehicles to Kelly's. Thank you to Kelly, Justin and the crew for their great service!

Although the problem couldn't be corrected everyone did their best...and are still working on it! My hats off for all of their efforts.....no one else will touch my vehicle......
