I had an issue with my car battery which led me to call on a rush basis for service. Kelly's accommodated me and I got my car in by 3:00 that day. I was called to pick it up and got there later in the afternoon. When I got there and was about to settle my bill, I found that the issue that prompted the rush service-my battery- had not been done. I asked Red if he would like to hold it over until the next day but he said no and attended to it immediately. Having been in the business world for many years, I know that it is great when you get a service or a product from a merchant and everything goes well. Having them take care of it promptly when everything doesn't go well is a far better test of customer service. Red and Kelly's performed superbly.
